Is there a way to join or union a 3D shape that has been exploded in autocad 2020

_SURFSCULPT may help you to rebuild if everything is still there and haven't been moved...
If the object that was exploded was a solid and it was only exploded once what should remain are regions for the flat surfaces and surfaces for the nonplanar surfaces. As @tramber mentioned, you can then use surfsculpt to create a solid from surfaces and regions if they define a watertight volume. If the regions and surfaces do not completely define a closed volume you may be able to add planes, solids and additional surfaces to define a watertight volume that can be used successfully by surfsculpt.
