2012 Download

I got a virus that requires my computer to be wiped clean and reloaded, what is the process of pulling my license off of the current operating system and reloading it on the new one?  Where can I find 2012 dowload also?

why is it no longer in my account history,  I purchased Revit and it is also not in my account history

all the 2012s were retired a couple of years ago, but you'll have to ask Autodesk through your Account if you want special treatment, we are all end users and customers just like you and we can't do much about it https://autodesk.secure.force.com/Customer/apex/Case_CustomerPortalLandingPage
