180*** series errors occurring when trying to export drawing to .stl file

Hello,

Appreciate the read in advance. I am using AutoCAD 2025 and designing a bash bar for an automobile. The part has many extruded cylinders that are sliced to create clean "bends" and edges. I have made 3 iterations to the print and during the addition of the last few edits, I am not getting an error during the export process. These range from different error codes, but all have the 180 (18012,15,33 and a few more) designation.

I have tried to revert back to old files and print them, they are fine. Even taking away the new parts on this drawing, it still throws the same error code. I have redrawn the part, accounting for unsolid surfaces and cleaned it up, still it is showing the same errors.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

is this a problem you have with all of your files and 3DSolids, or just this one?

That's a rare one from hat I can find https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/i-cant-convert-dwg-to-stl/td-p/11892797

Just an issue with this specific part. It only cropped up about 3/4 of the way through designing it and no amount of re working it has been beneficial yet.
