Uninstall of Autodesk does not work

Hello community,

I don't need AutoCAD for mac anymore and so i tried de uninstall. I did all steps which are published here:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clean-uninstall-of...
but i does not work properly.
After restart, there appears still an "Autodesk" folder and an process named AdskAccessServiceHost and the Licensing manager. Everytime I quit the process, it starts again a few minutes later and I get the message "AdskUtil ended unexpectedly"

Thanks

Moritz

Hi @moritz_kirschbaumAYZZ7 ,

Where exactly do you see Autodesk folder?

There are also another instructions about clean uninstall AutoCAD for Mac:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clean-Uninstall-fo...

Try to use them.

Hello
the folder Autodesk-folder appears in /library/Application Support/
I tried all the steps and deleted all com.autodesk, com.alias files and the folder but after restarting the system the folder appears again and the Autodesk Identity Manager-process starts again.

Hi @moritz_kirschbaumAYZZ7 ,

Have you tried to disable background tasks for AutoCAD and Autodesk in macOS System Settings -> General -> Login Items and restarting your Mac  before removing Autodesk folder:

my system is MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10 so the Login-Items-Menu looks a little bit different, but there is nothing from Autodesk
