Unable to launch new installation of AuroCad LT 2016 for Mac

I recently re-installed the Mac version of AutoCad LT 206 because the existing installation was unable to launch the application. It gets stuck in the initial screen. When at toggle Force Quick it shows the application in red with the message "Not Responding"

 

Please advise on possible motives for the above. 

 

I am current in my monthly rental fee and my Mac Version is Yosemite 10.10.5

Hi Ronaldo,

You may have to try clean uninstall of AutoCAD :

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticle...

Than try to install it again.

I would recommend the following: 

 

  • Clean uninstall as suggested 
  • Download your product from the virtual agent 
  • Apply all service packs 

 

Please post back in the thread and let me know if you are able to try the above suggestions.

I have OS El Captain V 10.11.1 

 

I have downloaded the student version of Maya twice. After this: 

 

Screen Shot 2016-10-25 at 2.58.02 PM.png

 

It says "done" and nothing happens!! I don't know where it goes but it's not progressing. I am about to throw it out of the window. I also have HW due tomorrow on Maya. So annoying.

I have downloaded from virtual agent. The same thing occurred. I don't have any walls up. I have enough space. I just don't understand what is happening.
