I cannot find the customisation option in the VIEW Menu. It is not there, as it is shown in the videos. 

Using Autocad 2018 for Mac on High Sierra, new MBP

I apologize but I am not sure I understand your question. Can you give me a bit more detail on what you are trying to configure with your Touch Bar?

Hi! It was solved by its own. I relaunched Autocad and the next time the touch bar customisation was active … not sure why
