Subtracting Objects

I have a drawing I'm working on and I'm needing to subtract pieces to make the cutouts in the item I'm designing. I'm 2/3 of the way done and it decided not to subtract the rest of my pieces... It extrudes them like normal but will not remove them. When I copy and paste the 2D items, Extrude them and build a box around them, they subtract just fine... Does anyone know why this would be happening or how to fix it????

Hi,

Please check that 3D solids in your drawing doesn't include Solid History:

Remove the History of a Composite Object
    1.    If the Properties palette is not displayed, select any object. Right-click the object and select Properties.
    2.    Select a composite 3D solid.
    3.    On the Properties palette, Solid History area, under History, select None.

Also check that system variable SOLIDHIST=0
