Problem with Xref update via hyperlink in popup. autocad 2026 trial to macOS.

When I update one dwg, in the other a popin appeared saying to update the xref, a blue hyper link appears

Underlined, with a little square to click to compare with the previous drawing, when I click on it, instead of updating the xref it opens a SECURELOAD command, I already put it as 0, but it's no use, whenever the popin appears to click it opens this command, is there any way to fix this bug?

Hi @Guicsr ,

Looks like it is a bug (defect) in the Italian localization of AutoCAD 2026 for Mac.

When you select "Ricarica for....." in the pop-up window, AutoCAD uses "-XREF" command instead of "_-XREF" (or "-XRIF") and writes "Comando sconosciuto "-XREF". Premere F1 per la Guida." at the command window. Then it interpret  the command option "_reload" as "SECURELOAD".

So if you need to reload Xref after you edit it, you need manually reload Xref.

I'm using autocad in English, how could I give a localization error in Italian?

Sorry, my bad. I thought that you are using Italian localization.

But when I use English language for user interface and command input, I don't see such problem. This is what I see at the Command prompt when I select "Reload ...":

In your case you see:

Have you had this problem from the beginning?

Have you tried to use -XREF command by typing its name at the Command window and hitting Return?

Have you tried to Reset AutoCAD?

In autocad 2025 -xref exists, a menu appears, but in cad 2026 it says that the -xref command does not exist

It didn't work, cad 2026 doesn't even recognize the -xref command, but in cad 2025 it did
