Whenever i attempt to print the print window opens then when i click on "Edit Page Setup..." the Page Setup-Layout1" does no longer display correctly and I can not choose any options as I can not see the full window

any suggestions to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated.

HI @Anonymous,

What AutoCAD release are you working in? 2015, 2016?

What Mac OS are running?

As a test you can try logging in as a separate/new user on your Mac to see if this issue happens in that profile with AutoCAD in default settings.

I have a Mac OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5
and Autocad LT 2013
I have tried as you suggested to login as a guest and it works thanks. But it still does not work on my proper log in where i have all my files.

Hi,

At first you need to install all updates for AutoCAD 2013, the last one add compatability with OS X 10.10
Than you need to try to reset AutoCAD from Application tab of AutoCAD preferences.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Okay since it was able to work effectively in a new user login I would recommend you reset your AutoCAD settings back to default in your user profile.

Apply any updates that you might have missed as suggested in a previous post by Maxim.

Here is the page to re-install AutoCAD LT 2013 for Mac, with SP3.

Have you tried to reset AutoCAD instead of reinstalling it?
And one more question : are you sure you have OS X 10.10.5.? Can it be 10.11.5.?
