Hi 

I have educational access to Autodesk but there is a free trial active on the AutoCAD app on my Mac. As a student, do I still have to purchase AutoCAD or am I not allowed to have access since I am a student with educational access?

If you have active Autodesk Student Account, then look for the answer here:

If you still don't have Autodesk Student Account, then you need to create it at first:
