Lag after selection [AutoCAD LT 2023.2.1]

Hi there, after updating to MacOS Ventura AutoCAD LT (2023.2.1) lags after every selection (and deselection), it appears to be when the Layers/Properties window UI is updating. This problem does not exist when I hide Layers & Properties windows.

I have attached a screen recording showing the problem. Any ideas?

Note: Have tried 4 different 2022 macs (with M1), all have this problem.

Thanks

Hi @FiascoCL74 ,

Sorry, it is hard to see any lag from your screencast. Do you mean short lag after you finish object selection?

I don't have Ventura on my M1 Mac - I'm still on Monterey.

I see some short lag if I select a lot of objects - about 1500 - at once, but I see this lag even if I hide Layers and properties palette. Plus this lag was there even in the initial 2023 version of AutoCAD for Mac.

Do you have this problem with any objects or just with specific objects?

Hey @maxim_k ,

thanks for the reply.

Correct it is after selected has been made, also on deselection (with escape key).

Lag wasn't there on Monterey, I am going to rollback and see if that fixes the problem.

The lag happens on all objects, simple and complex. I have uploaded a second shorter video where I'm moving the mouse in a continuous smooth motion up-left. You can see the mouse skip/lag when the lines highlight

@FiascoCL74 ,

On Monterey I don't see any lags when I select small amount of objects.
