Installed High Sierra OS on my mac.  Now getting this "Folders on your computer that AutoCAD needs access to are not available. AutoCAD cannot run until folder permission issues are resolved."

Help?

You need to install this update :

In order to be able to use AutoCAD 2017 on High Sierra.

Or reinstall AutoCAD with this installer :

If you already installed Update I mentioned, then you can try to Reset AutoCAD at first: hold Shift key on the keyboard while launching AutoCAD from the Dock.

Does it generally require a fresh install of ACAD 2017 when updating to High Sierra? It's just I'm reading people with the latest 2017.2 ACAD patch seem to be having the odd issue if upgrading the OS.

I didn't realise you can reset as mentioned above. Does this mean you lose all custom settings?

No, just Update to 2017.2 before upgrading to High Sierra.

Yes, it does.
But that is always better then not to be able to use AutoCAD at all.

Ok, here is where I am now.  I installed High Sierra.  AutoCAD LT 2017 would not open.  I uninstalled AutoCAD LT 2017 in order to reinstall.  Could not reinstall, got this:



Also downloaded 2017.2 update, but could not update a product that is not installed.  NOW WHAT!?!
