Hi all! Despite having just updated my CAD, I am unable to locate the 'Helix' command--either in the draw pull-down or by command. I was wondering if anyone had any info on this. I need to draw a precise helix in 2D. Thank you for any input!
What AutoCAD version are you using? If it is full AutoCAD 2021 version, then you can find HELIX command: 1/ Tool Set*: Drafting tab > Draw panel > Helix. *Note: Hidden by default. Click "gear" to display the icon on the tool set panel. 2/ Menu: Draw > Helix 3/ Type HELIX at the command window and hit Return
Hi Maxim, Thank you for your response! I have AutoCAD 2021 MAC and have followed the three paths you recommended without luck finding the Helix Command. I updated the program to ensure it wasn't an update issue as well. Its very perplexing

hello! I've posted a screenshot of the two of the recommended paths to locate the Helix command--showing 'helix' isn't available. When i type helix into the command line the prompt "unknown command" appears. Any ideas on why this command may be hidden? Thank you!
