do mac version have Map trim

What do you mean by "map trim" command? Are you sure it is available in plain AutoCAD for Windows?

I Dont know about plain auto cad but as i search on web it show MAPtrim command for trimming inside and outside box/region.

MAPTRIM command (trim inside or outside of selected boundary) is available in Civil 3D and not available in AutoCAD for Mac.
