I cannot figure out how to get to the data extraction wizard in ACAD 2016 for Mac. If I enter the DATAEXTRACTION command it says the command does not exist. This was so quick and simple on a Windows machine.

Hopefully this node is still active... I'm trying to extract attribute data from my blocks, but no luck so far.
I tried, but cannot get this done with the DATALINK-command. And DATAEXTRACTION is not available on a Mac.
Do you have any idea how to do this Maxim? (Or anyone reading this question?)
Thank you in advance.
Thanks so much Maxim, after some trial-and-error I got it to work.
The only thing I cannot do (what I haven't figured out) is to get the data from just a selection of Blocks.
It always gives me the full monty from every block in my drawing.
Is there a way to get the data from just the selection?
I have dynamic window blocks in the entire drawing, and would like to export just the data from the first floor, or ground floor, etc.
Now I would add an extra field to my block to indicate the floorlevel, but maybe there is an easier method.
Thanks in advance!

I did indeed try that. It made no difference in the output.
I still got all the data from all the blocks.
But no problem. I'll find a way to work with it.
I'm really thankful for the tip you already gave me about the exporting.
Thanks and have a nice day!

And I tried again, and now it worked, with the "Objects"-selector.
No clue to what happend before, but is is working fine now.
Thanks for guiding me here and have a nice day!
