Command Prompts [AutoCAD for Mac]

Have to enter any & all commands in the command bar. Cursor cannot be anywhere else on screen?? ?

If not sure I understand the question but maybe you are looking for the dynamic input?  Use F12 key to turn on and off

Do you mean that you can't see the mouse pointer or crosshair? If that's the case, you might need to turn off the hardware acceleration.

Thank you for your reply. I hit F12 a few different times & tested it -
that does not appear to work. Do I need to hit another button
simultaneously? .. .the deal is that AutoCAD LT is not recognizing my
commands. Only when I intentionally put my cursor in the command bar. It's
weird!! And very annoying.

No... .it's not my crosshairs - it's my ability to enter a command.
