autocad 2019 crashing

hi my autocad keeps crashing after the welcome screen comes up anyone else had this problem?

Hi Harry,

At first:

Do you see AutoCAD Error Report window similar to this one?

If yes, please fill in your email address and short description of the problem, then pick on Send Report button.

You can also try to create new User account on your Mac (don't use Guest account) just for testing, later you can delete it.

Login to this new account and test AutoCAD. Does it crashes in new account too?

No haven’t had that come up it just freezes and closes down
