Please tell me how to contact someone at AutoDesk to fix whatever is wrong so I can access the account management screen. When I'm logged in all I get is a completely blank white screen. The website is useless for help -- just a big runaround that doesnt answer the question and no where to call or email to get help.

Hello paris3489 and welcome to the Forums!
What website are you going to that you are getting a blank screen?
Here is a link to a post with all the different support options:
Contact Autodesk Technical Support
If the links are not working or the websites do not appear correctly, perhaps you are having browser issues.
Try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference.
Please post back if you continue to have issues and I will make sure you get help.

Do you have multiple accounts?
Perhaps one you created before and a different one you used to purchase the software?

Hello paris3489;
Your account seems fine and I can login with no problem, so you should either try a different browser, or try emptying your temporary internet files, then reboot your computer to see if that helps.
If neither one of those things helps, you might have a corrupt Windows user profile, or possibly some security software you are running that is interfering.
Another option is try getting into your account from a different computer.

Actually, Apple no longer makes Safari for Windows...unless you are using a MAC?

OK, I was starting to think that was the case when you said Safari was your browser!
This is the AutoCAD for Windows Forum, so not the best place for answers for your setup.
Just so you can get to the right place next time you have an issue and need to post, or need info, here are a couple of links:
For general questions about any AutoCAD issues you might be encountering you can post here. Your post was moved to this Forum by the Admin when he saw that you were using a MAC...not sure how he reads all the posts that come in during a day, but he does, somehow. Probably lots of caffeine...
Installation, Activation & Licensing

I am going to mark my post recommending you use another browser as the Accepted Solution.
