Update Wire Number Attributes on Previously Inserted Terminal Footprints

A terminal strip has been inserted into the panel using Terminal Strip Editor.  The wire numbers are displayed in the WIRENOL and WIRENOR attributes.  Later, the project goes through a wire number update.  The wire numbers are inserted project-wide.  The user blindly assumes that the wire numbers displayed next to the terminal strip footprint, and possibly other footprints, will be updated.  They are not updated, unless you edit each strip in the entire panel and use the Rebuild option.  

To make matters worse, I unhide the P_TAGSTRIP attribute in one block per strip, to display the strip tag.  After Rebuild, I have to unhide the P_TAGSTRIP attribute for every strip again.  If project-wide wire numbers would include the panel layout and all wire number annotations, the extra work to edit with TSE, rebuild, and re-hide would be eliminated.

Thanks Autodesk.  This will save valuable time.  It is important that software like AutoCAD Electrical save time, not cost time, as customers have to spend valuable time fixing things that the software messed up.  This is one of those annoying issues that causes rework.

In addition to updating wire numbers ALL wire annotations should automatically be updated. This should include adding terminals, changing wire sequences etc. We should only have to worry about changing the schematic. This should then drive the changes to peer drawings in the project. At the moment the software is very clumsy to use when using wiring diagram style drawings. You have to update the terminal strips and components separately. If this could be all updated automatically when the schematic is change it would be a huge step forward.

I agree, it should at least warn you that wire annotations will need to be updated. You could actually have a wiring diagram which is a symbolic representation of a panel layout with wire from-to information being displayed and you would want these footprints to also update.
