Export To Spreadsheet needs to trigger Database Update prior to Export

This has been a nagging issue for quite some time.  It is one of the reasons I teach all of my students how to add the AEREBUILDDB command to their ribbon menu on the Project tab, between Update/Retag and Utilities.  

If I make a change to a drawing, and then immediately export the drawing to a spreadsheet to complete the editing in Excel, the drawing data that was exported is not current.  The spreadsheet export draws the data from the project scratch database, but the database doesn't get updated automatically when we choose to export.  The Export to Spreadsheet utility should automatically trigger a full rebuild of the project scratch database prior to exporting the drawing data.
