Terminal descriptions in reports

Add fields in the terminal plan report and terminal strip table corresponding to the DESC1 to DESC3 attributes of the terminal.

This would mean we can add useful descriptions to aid testing / commissioning on site, rather than having to cross-reference the schematic.
