Drawing Descriptions do not come across when adding to a different project

If I add a drawing that is currently in a project to another project, the drawing descriptions are not brought over.  Other attributes like sheet number are.  I was explained in the forum post below that the drawing descriptions are saved in the project.  Since these are drawing descriptions, if they were saved like the sheet number they would not be cleared out when adding to a new project.

Ok this was solved back in version 2014 why i was this mot added.to the main programmes

If this was solved it doesn't work in 2018 because when I add a drawing to a new project the descriptions are not listed in the new project.

I agree with Thomasbatson, it doesn't work in AE 2016.

I actually think this is better for my engineers.  It is easier to see a blank description then it is to see a wrong description.  If this gets added please add a box to opt out.
