Arcs and wire numbers

It would be nice if arcs could be assigned a wire number when they are on a defined wire layer.  For example, to make the schematic more aesthetically pleasing, I like to fillet a wire at a 90 degree connection point.  However, the resulting arc cannot be assigned a wire number and the wire is no longer a continuous length of wire, but two different wires with different wire numbers.  It should remain one continuous wire.

Maybe not the answer you are looking for, but you could create symbols to do this (similar to the angled T markers)

Yes, symbols could work, but many would be required to fit each situation (i.e. different radii, different circular quadrant locations, different arc segment lengths, etc.).  It would be much easier if any polyline, arc, etc., would be converted to a wire once placed on a wire layer (just like a line segment).
