allow all blocks to explode when insert from schematic list
when inserting the same block/catalouge item into a panel from the schematics list, successive block inserts suddently do not explode.
this should be fixed.
we use multiview (standard ortho views, each one blocked with attribute data on the "front" view only) for many panel components to check for collision with enclosure doors and other items in the panel.
its a huge hassle to have to close the project and reopen it for each block insert to get it to explode.
ACADE allows the users to setup footprint lookups such that if one places an "*" in front of the blockname/blockpahtname it will be exploded on insert.
Yet those that coded ACADE didn't take this to it's natural conclusion of allowing multiple inserts of that unexploded block to be exploded on insert, only the first one will be exploded.
