Wrong wire numbers and references

After Update/Retag project wide cross references and wire numbers, the wire numbers changed into "?6"

And references are incomplete. Only sheet number without x zone reference.

If I check with Surf for the cross references, there is only Sheet vissible, without Reference.

If you number by page instead of project wide, will it work then?

If you run the same commands on one of the demo projects that comes with AutoCAD Electrical, will it work in those projects?
It's difficult to troubleshoot without seeing the actual project, so let's find out if it's project related or not first.

For other projects the references and wire number generating is  going well.
