I'm designing a retrofit panel for a customer and need to preserve some wire numbers from the old panel to the new. So, I created my drawing, went through and manually added the required wire numbers as "fixed". Then I ran the automatic wire numbers for the entire project to fill in any wires without numbering using "line reference". AutoCAD generates all the wire numbers, but created duplicates of the fixed ones which shows up in the electrical audit. So I now have to manually change those to "A" wire numbers. Why would it create duplicates of existing numbers automatically? Is this a bug or is there something else I need to do to fix this?
