UNABLE TO USE INSERT/EDIT CHILD COMPONENT WINDOW IN AUTOCAD 2019

Whenever i am trying to insert any child component, i couldn't update any information about that component. none of the options are working like parent/sibling selection, description pick option even i am not able to change tag through same window.

Sounds like your child blocks are not properly defined. All child block names must begin with the number two after the family as in HCR2__ and contain a TAG2 attribute. Also your drawings must be in an active project.

I checked block and tag name they are same as you mentioned and i am working in activated project only. But any how that window is not working for me.

So i tried enhanced attribute editor and changed family name to parent component name and its worked for me, although i am unable to use insert/edit child component window.
