Unable to place parts

Hi - 

I am unable to place a Particle Boron part on the custom PCB.  I am familiar with Eagle in terms of error messages you receive when exceeding allowed board space, but in this case, a semi-circular green shape appears when trying to move the part onto the board.

The board was created by projecting from a sketch in fusion in order to fit the enclosure.  Is this due to board size restrictions?  Find some screen grabs attached.

Thank you for the reply.  

Why Eagle, this is and Autodesk Electrical 'problem' ??  In Eagle this works just fine, so I have reverted back to using Eagle in the meantime.  I would still like to know whether it is due to the board size restriction or whether it is simply me doing something wrong 🙂

No. This isn't AutoCAD Electrical. Fusion and Eagle are something completely else.
We don't do PCB's in AutoCAD Electrical.
