Trouble with Importing .stp files AutoCad Electrical 2019

Hello there. I have been tasked with making a 3D layout of a potential panel enclosure internal layout. The manufacture of the enclosure has listed a 3D .stp file on their website. I saw tutorials for importing .stp files into AutoCad using the IMPORT command.

When I run the command, it prompts for the file name in the command line. When I enter the file name, the import status says by the system variable monitor says it fails.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!

This could be a problem with the STEP file. Do you have a link to this file so that we can have a try?

Sure! Here's the file that I got from the manufacturer website. Do I have to have any specific configurations set up for drawing in 3D? I've never used it before, so I am new to the process.

Worked for me: could it be the convoluted method of step imports is confusing (it's a two step process)?

See attached, is this what you wanted?

Thanks for that drawing. My mistake was that when the command line would prompt for the file-name, I put in the incorrect path. Thank you both for your help.
