template report issue ( from-to)

dear all 

i have critical issue for report format file save , after complete my configuration went to save and finish save the issue start when re-open  format file it will not work need to create new one and resave it , show window ( template are not set for from/to report , so need help with that issue and hope to fixed it

Can you try to change the name/description of the table from "cable (from/to) list" to just "cable list" ?
