Symbol Library path <None>

I'm running AutoCAD Electrical 2020 on Windows 10. I tried to select the Duplex Receptacle under JIC: Schematic Symbols - Miscellaneous but the file could not be found. I manually looked up the name HCN1RDUP using Browse and it worked fine.

I just tried to create a new symbol but the Attribute Template - Library Path says <None>.

I found a post that mentions the Causes & Solution but have been unable to locate the ("AT_") DWG files. I thought it was the JIC path but that did not work, any ideas?

Causes:
The schematic library paths defined within the properties of the active project do not contain any DWG files whose name begins with "AT_". AutoCAD Electrical identifies files with that naming convention as attribute templates, for use in the Symbol Builder.
Solution:
Search for and locate where the attribute template ("AT_") DWG files reside. Then, add those paths to the active project's schematic library paths.

Check in the Project Properties and verify where the "Library and Icon Menu Paths" point to for all the libraries.

This is where the Symbol Builder  gets the file path.

Also, verify that there is a project active. Symbol builder won't work if there is no project.

I switched to a new computer recently, the project I had open at the time was one I started on my old computer so the path is not correct.

Thanks
