Spare terminals in panel whitout be in schematic

there is a way to put spares terminals in the panel secction only?, i mean there are the terminals in the panel fisicaly but they have no conections, so i need to put in panel with out put in the schematic.

Yes.

Use the Terminal Strip Editor tool, and in that first dialog where it asks which terminal strip you want it to draw, select the 'New' button. From there, build your strip in the editor, place it in the drawing, and done.
