Drawing list and drawing properties

I want to add the revision to my drawing list but I can't figure out how to add the REV attribute to the drawing properties.  I do have the REV attribute listed in my .WDL and .WDT files too.

Let me add more information.  I am using a WDT file for mapping.  I have an attribute called REV and it is located on all drawings.  There is also a value given to REV on all the drawings.  Under the description, REV is checked to be included in report.  when I run the drawing list report, I value for REV in the report is left blank.

Hi Chris

We don't generally include the Rev in the drawing list but I just went into the Drawing List Report menu and then under 'Change Report Format' added the 'REV' field and it worked as expected, all the drawings had the correct revision listed. Is this the same thing you are doing?

I did the same thing.  The issue is that all drawings is REV 0 but the drawing list report is not reporting the REV value of 0, what I get is blank.  No valve for REV on all drawings.

I've had this issue as well. What I did to fix it was delete the 'dwglst.set' file. You can also just rename the file and append the name with something like '_old' or something. This file will regenerate when you click 'New Report'. If you haven't changed the file paths for this file it is located in: C:/{user}/appdata/roaming/Autodesk/{autocad electrical year}/R23.0/enu/support/user/

Note that you will have to change the report formatting again and add the fields you want to report.
