Plots seem to come of of Acad Elec different

Has anyone noticed that plots come out of AutoCAD Elec differently than from standard AutoCAD? I have plotted the same drawing from the two packages, using the same plotter and plot styles, but the drawings plot differently. On the Elec package, circles and arcs are jagged, not smooth. But plotting with standard Autocad2004 comes out fine. Any help would be appreciated
