I have a problem with translation of panel layout

I made a progect; schematic and layout

I launch the Language Conversion Comand.

In the schematic, all it's ok, DESC attribute change to the new language.

The problem is in the panel footprint symbol.  If i check the symbol in Panel Layout - Component Insert/Edit Dialog Box, i see that the language conversion it has not been done. The same is when i launch a Panel report.

Maybe something wrong? is there a way to re-update panel footprint symbol?

Are the DESC1-3 attributes in the panel symbols, or just stored as XDATA in the panel symbol?

The change language tool only works for attributes in symbols unfortunately.

In the Panel symbol i dont have DESC attribute.  So when i edit the symbol i see the xdata.

It's possible to update the panel symbol xdata from DESC attribute present in schematic symbol?

If this is not possible, the translation function would be incomplete !! Nice problem not being able to manage the panel reports with their translations .......

How do you handle it?

Based on some tests I have carried out, the simplest thing is to insert the DESC1..2..3 attributes in the panel symbols ....

Of course I would have expected that the translation command would also work in xdata .....

If there was a way to update the panel xdata with the schema Desc fields, it would be even better

There's now way to make AcadE update the XDATA using the translation tool.

In addition to adding the DESC* attributes to the panel footprints, you can also "convert" xdata to attributes using this tool:
