Multiple users Icon Menu Wizard

Hi all 

I could not find any good info on the internet or the forum.

Problem:

I have multiple users that can open the same menu file at the same time, the file is on a shared network disk.

And when they save their version they will overwrite any updated file that has been saved between open and saved.

So as I see it, this file should have a "check out and check in function" so only a singel user can edit the file at the time.

Any idea how I can solve this? Vault? Windows file management?

Hi

I have ten users using the same menu over the network. This works fine and users can add symbols as they work.

What information do you think will be overwritten? The file will be locked when the icon menu wizard is being used, when the action is complete it is accessible again.

The file is not overwritten just added to. No need for vault etc.
