File name case issue is back 2020

This is kind of annoying:

Case is back 2020.PNG

I think it occurs when a batch update is performed during a search and replace project wide event.

My filke names and / or file extensions change case. I have not seen a pattern to when it happens. There are also some  annoying quirks in functionality that were not in previous versions of AutoCAD.
