Electrical Audit Issues - Fatal Error - Crash (FATAL ERROR: Unhandled b3ffe030h Exception at 0h)

Hi, guys.
I work in the support area, a user reports to me that when he uses the
AEAUDIT (Electrical Audit), the program crashes. (FATAL ERROR: Unhandled b3ffe030h Exception at 0h), I have never faced this problem and I have not found anything here in the forums or in the "Knwoledge"; some idea where to start searching.

The program is Autocad Electrical 2019.

Do the same happen if they run the AEAUDIT command in the demo projects that comes with AutoCAD Electrical?
