Do you mean the Multiple Bus Command?

That is used for drawing three phase circuits, Similar to wire command but draw three wires at the same time.

No, the BUS command has to do with unevenly scaled blocks and extraction of their data.

There is no command named BUS that comes with standard AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical. 

This must be some custom command, maybe created by someone at your company.

We'd need to see the source code to answer your question of what that command is all about.
