Active Drawing Running Reports NO DATA TO DISPLAY

I know there is a forum for this problem a few weeks ago and I removed the security patch KB4484127.  I double checked to make sure it isn't there.  So when I run reports of any kind.  I get the message No Data To Display in the command prompt.  I save the drawing, shut down ACADE all together and re start ACADE.  I can run the reports such as BOM or cable reports one (1) time no problem, that's it.  If I have to run reports again for any reason, again,  NO DATA TO DISPLAY.  Shut down ACADE again and restart ACADE and it will then run the reports no problem, but only one time again.  Any ideas of what to check besides the KB4484127 patch??

I also had problems with the 12/2 update and after deleting it the problem went away.

Unfortunately, I did not write down the KB #.....

After running once successfully what happens if you do a full rebuild before running again?

So an update to this No Data To Display issue.  After struggling for few weeks of No Data To Display, I went in and un installed EVERY security patch windows installed since November (there were 3 different ones).  Once I did that, it seems to be working fine!
