What does the "EM" folder do

looking at this folder ... wondering it what it does

C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2019\R23.0\enu\Support\User\EM

 

noticing it has a bunch of empty folders in it (screenshot attached)

Are you using the ElectroMechanical link with inventor?
Haven't seen that folder before...

I do not use the inventor link feature

 

the folder I am mentioning is just below the place where the "scratch" MDB files are stored.

So I am guessing they are just leftover junk, and could be deleted 

(a bit like cleaning up the old MDBs maybe?)

I guess so too.

No files in the sub-folders, that contain any useful info?

hmm most look empty

a few have "snapshot" files inside

 

some days have multiple folders created
