Anybody have any suggestions/comments on the max number of layouts that any one drawing should have? I haven't run into any problems yet, but I can see that some of our drawings could have as many as 30 layout tabs or more. At what point should we break out data into separate drawings? Thanks for your thoughts.

Should have? As many as you wish to manage, that's a choice you make. If you have more that 3 or 4 you probably should start using SSM (SheetSet Manager) for your projects. Look up usage in HELP.
Could have? See other reply for maximum number in any one DWG file.
