I'm looking for a way to link the Project Details and/or List Definitions to a external Database for use those data in PSDs.
Now I'm using the Pj Details to store and maintain a central location for finish material and their indexes, to use in tags and schedules; but in this approach, I have to manually write all the informations. If it could be stored in a database and accessed via a drop-down list would be awesome...
I could use List Definitions on manual PSDs, but the problem would be different information in files synchronized or not with the Project Standards... Either way, equal information should be written manually for each project...
A central database with those specifications, linked in one of those places would be very helpful, any suggestions on this way, or other ways to have more automated central information/specifications?
