Windows Task Manager shows acad.exe running long after program closed, high RAM

Hi there, guys, my first post.

I installed ACAD Architecture 2019 a few days ago, it runs OK, there's however a problem. I run Win7, 8gb RAM. When I finish work and close Autocad, the Windows Task Manager still shows acad.exe present on the processes list with memory usage like between 1.2 gb and 2.2 gb. This, of course, slows the computer down considerably, and I am somewhat reluctant to close program manually from the Manager for fear of losing some possibly unsaved (?) data. The situation remains static for hours, and even for days. No changes. I've seen before Architectural desktop closing down very slowly, like within several minutes, but nothing like this. Any suggestions, please?

Close your drawings before closing AutoCAD. After those are saved, close AutoCAD. If it hangs, kill it. There won't be any data loss.  I also kill the comm center and any other autodesk related app before restarting.

Updating Microsoft Visual C++ to the most recent version (2017) has helped, alas for a few days only. The problem has come back after about a week. Of course , I can and I do kill acad.exe by hand after program closed and all work saved, but this is surely not the way it should be, co I cannot accept the proposed solution as such. Hope you don't mind!

Is this in Win7 or Win10?

Do you have these apps installed in Windows:
A360
Desktop App
Screencast

If yes, removing them from your system (then restarting) should help even more.
