Viewport in AutoCAD Architecture not matching printed PDF

Got a weird thing w/ viewports. The viewport on the sheet and the printed PDF are not the same...it's as if the viewport has moved in the print. Take a look at the attached screenshot of the sheet in ACAD and the resulting PDF. They're off. We wind up having to stretch the viewport as a guess to where it will print to make it line up correctly. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's happened a few times recently on different jobs.

 

Anyone know what causes this?

Simular problem was with my file. It was some thing wrong with file. Try to copy content of file to the new one with standart auocad template- model
