After the initial installation I customized two icons on my "Basic" tool palette under "Detailing". After about 4 months the "Basic" tool palette started acting glitchy and lagging. I could find any support addressing this issue and this morning i finally tried right clicking on the two icons i customized and selected the "Refresh Image" option. A new image appeared and the problem went away. This information is just to help anyone who may be experiencing the same problem.
