Text on title block appear sideway when plot

I recieved a set of drawing from a consultant,

everything appears fine on the screen.

when i go plot, preview, the text on tittle block turn sideway, Vertical,

How to fix it without explode, change the style ?

Is the "Plot Stamp" option selected? And if you look at the Plot Stamp settings, under "Advanced" - is the orientation set to vertical?
