Some Tabs are missing from tool palettes

Hello there are missing several tabs from tool palettes and how to turn it on ? talking about wall door window and so on

What AutoCAD Profile do you have set current?  Perhaps those are the only palettes available in that profile.  What you show in your image looks like the out-of-the-box AutoCAD Architecture (Global) profile is current.  Those are all the palettes that profile has, initially.

Did you install content other than the Global content?  If so, I would expect that you have other Profiles related to that content, and if you set one of those current, you would have tool palettes related to that content.

how do you install or find other content than just the global content? I'm trying to follow setup tutorials, but it does not discuss different content setups or installs.

How did you install the software?  If you go through your Autodesk Account, Products and Services > Custom Installs (if that is available to you), you should have the ability to specify content packs on the 1 Add products page, under Customizations.
