Screen keeps flickering up and down in AutoCAD Architecture

This issue is happening again, but instead of a flashing screen, the bottom bar keeps adjusting (up and down, up and down). I selected Dock Inline with Status Bar and after I zoom, it automatically changes back to Dock Above Status Bar. AutoCAD won't save the Dock Inline with Status Bar setting. What should I do?

He said under Units settings so UN command. I didn't test yet. So far I just leave it alone and didn't notice much. For me it wouldn't work changing to no decimal since civil needs 3 decimals lol.i just took my 4k 32 home so won't need any windows text scaling so this probably shouldn't exist.

How did you learn that command?  It doesn't autofill as I type it, but it WORKS!
