I recently got a new computer with Windows 10. My old computer had Windows 7. I was able to download AutoCAD Architecture to the new computer with our subscription and logged in with no problem. I did not change any settings. But a curious thing seems to be different. When I SaveAs a new window doesn't pop up I get a line in the control ribbon at the bottom of the screen. It first has:
"Enter file format [R14(LT98<97) 2000(LT2000) 2004(LT2004) 2007(LT2007) 2010(LT2010) 2013(LT2013) 2018(LT2018 Standards DXF Template] <2018>"
Since I'm using AutoCAD Architecture 2020 I hit enter.
Then (this is the issue) in the control ribbon it has :
"SAVEAS Save drawing as" and it lists the last full file path and name the drawing was saved as. Which means to Save As a different name or in a different folder means typing in the full path. On my previous computer a window would pop up allowing easy selection of a different file name or folder.
Is there some setting/control to re-set so SaveAs gives me a pop up window?
